Brief History of EPS File Extension
EPS is a file format for graphics, which is short for Encapsulated PostScript. It was created by Adobe in 1992 for the purpose of storing graphics, images or text. EPS is widely supported across multiple operating systems.
This file format is mostly used by graphics designers, to save logos, artworks and other graphics related projects.
